New Livingroom Furniture

This past Tuesday Dave and I went to Ashley Furniture and were finally able to buy a sofa/chair like he has wanted since we got married... "leather couches that you can sink into". These were the closest couches we could find that you can "sink into". We have searched for some time, and now had the money to purchase them, thanks to savings and some Christmas money! =) God is good! One was a reclining couch, and the other is a chair-and-a-half. They should be delivered in the next week or two. We wanted to paint all the paneling in our livingroom before they arrived, but it is too cold to open the doors/windows to air out the room while we are painting/deglossing. So, I guess that will have to wait until another time this year. Our livingroom is still a work in progress! =) We are giving our old couch to our friends Justin and Diana who just bought their first home. Congratulations, you two! =)

Of course, our living room will not look this great, but it is a sampling to show how big the couch is.... =)
