My husband, a p90x graduate, was asked by Josiah after our race to demonstrate the chin-up bar from the program. Dave used Brody to do the demonstration, and boy did he have fun! He thought he was big stuff (he WAS!).
Just look at that smile!
One day soon he will be doing these all on his own!

Then Brody joined in on the Ab workout....Not so sure he was as ready for it as he thought he was! HA! (He looks a little unsure here...maybe Tony Horton's extreme energy thoughout the video was making him nervous!!)
The boys continued on without Brody while he was in the safety of my arms! I love their expressions!
It didn't last too much longer than this...that's a tough workout, and they HAD just been in a race! =) (Dave graduated the program the day Brody was born, so it's been 14 months since he'd done it. Josiah, half Dave's age, just wasn't ready for what was thrown at him! LOL! I love those spunky teenagers who think they can do ANYTHING! Only amusing because I used to be one of them!)
